These Terms of Use describe the baseline rules for using BookMaMe. By accessing or using BookMaMe, you agree to follow these terms together with any more specific policy, workflow, or marketplace rules that apply to the service you are using.
Who may use BookMaMe
You may use BookMaMe only if:
- you are legally able to enter into binding arrangements in your jurisdiction
- you provide accurate account information
- you use the platform only for lawful purposes
- you comply with these terms and any applicable marketplace or policy rules
If you are using BookMaMe on behalf of a business, organisation, delivery company, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act for that entity.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account details accurate
- protecting your login credentials and devices
- controlling who uses your account
- promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
You must not:
- impersonate another person or business
- create accounts using false or misleading identity information
- share access in a way that bypasses intended account controls
- use another user’s account without permission
BookMaMe may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where account activity appears unsafe, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
Acceptable use
You may use BookMaMe only for lawful, honest, and platform-compliant activity.
You must not use BookMaMe to:
- list, sell, buy, transport, request, or promote prohibited goods or services
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- misuse logistics, payment, refund, voucher, support, or referral workflows
- harass, threaten, abuse, deceive, or exploit other users or partners
- manipulate reviews, ratings, disputes, prices, inventory, or fulfilment states
- attempt to bypass security, payment, verification, moderation, or access controls
- use the platform for fraud, money laundering, evasion, or unlawful activity

Marketplace activity and transactions
BookMaMe provides tools that help customers, partners, riders, and delivery companies interact, but BookMaMe is not the seller, hotel, rental owner, service professional, parcel sender, parcel recipient, or delivery company in every transaction.
Depending on the marketplace or flow, BookMaMe may provide:
- discovery and search tools
- checkout and payment handling
- booking and request creation flows
- dispatch, tracking, and notification tooling
- support, moderation, and operational intervention
Users and partners remain responsible for their own lawful conduct, performance, pricing accuracy, representations, and compliance obligations.
Payments, pricing, and refunds
Payments may be processed through one or more supported payment providers, depending on the marketplace, country, currency, flow, and available payment methods.
Displayed payment options may vary by:
- marketplace
- country
- currency
- fulfilment method
- operational or compliance constraints
Refunds, cancellations, credits, vouchers, and adjustments are handled according to the applicable workflow, policy, or marketplace rules in effect for the relevant transaction.
BookMaMe may:
- issue refunds or credits where policy or platform intervention requires it
- reject or reverse certain flows where fraud, error, or policy breach is suspected
- pause fulfilment or payout actions while an issue is investigated

User content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for the content you submit through BookMaMe, including:
- text
- images
- listings
- reviews
- descriptions
- parcel notes
- uploaded documents
You must not upload or submit content that:
- is false or misleading
- infringes another party’s rights
- contains prohibited material
- contains unauthorized personal information
- violates law or platform policy
By submitting content to BookMaMe for platform use, you permit BookMaMe to display, process, moderate, store, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the platform, subject to applicable privacy and policy rules.
Availability and platform changes
BookMaMe may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, flows, or access at any time where reasonably necessary for:
- maintenance
- security
- compliance
- operational safety
- fraud prevention
- platform improvement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every service, feature, workflow, or marketplace at all times.
Limitation of platform role
BookMaMe aims to operate responsibly and to reduce risk through moderation, tooling, and operational controls. However, BookMaMe does not guarantee:
- that every user or partner will act lawfully or correctly
- that every item or service on the platform is lawful, authentic, safe, or suitable
- that every transaction will be completed without dispute, delay, or intervention
- that every result, delivery, booking, or service outcome will meet user expectations
The use of the platform remains subject to operational reality, partner performance, user conduct, payment-provider behavior, logistics conditions, and applicable law.
Enforcement
If BookMaMe believes there has been a breach of these terms, platform policy, or applicable law, BookMaMe may take action including:
- warning
- content removal
- listing rejection
- request cancellation
- account restriction
- suspension
- termination
- transaction review
- support escalation
- cooperation with lawful requests or investigations
