Partner Onboarding

Version: v1.1
Last Updated: June 14, 2026

Welcome to BookMaMe. This section covers everything a new partner needs to join the platform — from receiving your invitation to your account going live.

How onboarding may appear

Partner onboarding can now be reached in two common ways:

  1. directly from your invitation or onboarding link
  2. from inside the Partner Portal

If your account has no active partner module access yet, the Partner Portal can show onboarding as the main next step. If you already have one or more partner modules, onboarding may still appear as a lower-prominence option for expansion or follow-up.

See Partner Portal.

Who onboarding is for

Onboarding applies to every business joining BookMaMe as a partner: restaurants, shops, hotels, rental providers, service providers, second-hand sellers, and delivery companies. You begin with an invitation from the BookMaMe team (or by converting an inbound enquiry), then complete an application form, pay any applicable fees, and — once approved — receive your live account.

The two-step fee model

BookMaMe uses a two-tier onboarding fee:

FeeWhenRefundable?
Submission feePaid before you can submit your application formNo — non-refundable
Approval feeSet by the BookMaMe team after they review and approve your application; paid before your account is createdConditional (see fees guide)

Either fee may be waived for your application. See Fees and Payment for the full detail.

Expected timeline

Invitation received
→ Submission fee paid + form submitted (same day, at your pace)
→ BookMaMe reviews your application (typically a few business days)
→ Approval + approval fee paid (when you're ready)
→ Account created and activated (shortly after the fee clears)

The exact review time depends on document completeness — submitting a complete, accurate application is the fastest route to going live.
