Shop Partner — Getting Started

This guide walks you through the complete journey from receiving your BookMaMe invitation to your shop going live on the platform.


Overview of the Process

Receive invitation email
→ Unlock the form with your PIN
→ Pay the submission fee (if applicable)
→ Fill in and submit the form
→ BookMaMe reviews your application
→ Receive approval notification
→ Pay the approval fee (if applicable)
→ Account is created
→ Log in and set up your catalogue

What to Have Ready

Gather these before opening the form:

Step 1 — Receiving and Opening Your Invitation

The BookMaMe onboarding team sends you an email with:

  • A unique invitation link
  • Your PIN (sent separately for security)

Click the link and enter your PIN to unlock the form.


Step 2 — Paying the Submission Fee

If applicable, you will see a payment card before the form unlocks.

  1. Click Pay Now
  2. Pay by card or mobile money via Paystack
  3. On return, the form unlocks automatically

Step 3 — Filling the Form

Upload your shop logo and cover image using the upload buttons.

Step 4 — Saving a Draft and Submitting

You can save progress anytime using Save Draft. Access it by returning to your invitation link and entering your PIN.

When ready:

  1. Click Submit Application
  2. Confirm the submission prompt

After submission you cannot edit the form unless BookMaMe team asks for revisions.


Step 5 — Application Review

The BookMaMe team reviews your application — typically within a few business days. They verify your business documents, address, and details.

You may receive a request for additional information. Reply via email or support case if you have questions.


Step 6 — Approval and Activation Fee

When approved, you receive an email with the approval fee amount and payment link.

  1. Click the payment link (or unlock your invitation with your PIN)
  2. You will see the Activation fee card
  3. Pay via Paystack (card or mobile money)

Once paid (or if no fee applies), the BookMaMe team creates your account.

Step 7 — First Login

After account creation, you receive:

  • The shop partner app URL
  • Login credentials or password setup link

Log in and complete your setup:

  1. Set up your catalogue — add categories and products (Catalogue Management)
  2. Assign a delivery company — required for delivery orders (Delivery Partner Management)
  3. Set your opening hours — customers cannot order outside these hours
  4. Invite your team — add managers and staff with roles (Team Management)

Email the BookMaMe onboarding team using the contact in your invitation email, or open a support case once your account is created.
