What Is a Delivery Partner?
A delivery partner (delivery company) is the logistics company that handles rider dispatch and delivery for your orders. When a customer orders delivery, the assigned delivery company receives a task and assigns a rider.
Without an assigned delivery company, delivery orders cannot be dispatched.
Viewing Your Assigned Delivery Companies
- Go to Settings → Delivery Partners
You will see all delivery companies currently linked to your shop.
Assigning a Delivery Company
- Go to Settings → Delivery Partners
- Click Add delivery partner
- Browse or search the available delivery companies
- Click Assign
The company is immediately linked to your shop. New delivery orders will be routed to this company.

Removing a Delivery Company
- Go to Settings → Delivery Partners
- Click the company
- Click Remove → Confirm
Important: This does not affect orders already dispatched. In-progress deliveries will complete. New orders will only be routed to your remaining assigned companies.
If Your Delivery Company Is Not Responding
- Check the delivery company's operational status in Settings → Delivery Partners
- Contact them directly using the support contact shown
- If unresponsive: open a support case in Support Cases with the order reference
For persistent issues, consider assigning a backup delivery company.
Multiple Delivery Companies
You can assign more than one delivery company. The platform automatically routes each order to the best-placed company. If you want a priority configuration, contact the BookMaMe team.
Supported delivery classes
Assigned delivery companies may support different delivery classes and package profiles.
That means:
- a company can be linked to your shop
- but still only be eligible for products whose delivery metadata fits its supported classes
For best results, keep your catalogue's delivery metadata accurate and assign delivery companies whose capabilities match the products you sell.
