Partner Portal

Version: v1.0
Last Updated: June 14, 2026

The Partner Portal is the shared BookMaMe entry point for supported partner modules. Instead of installing or bookmarking a different partner surface for every marketplace, eligible users can sign in once and open the modules their account has access to.

Who should use it

The Partner Portal is intended for supported partner-side users such as:

  • restaurant partners
  • shop partners
  • hotel partners
  • rental providers
  • services providers
  • delivery companies

It is not the main entry point for:

  • customers — use the customer app
  • riders — use the rider app
  • admin users — admin stays outside the first portal release
  • second-hand sellers — second-hand selling still happens inside the customer app

How access works

The portal is login-first and closed-ended:

  1. Sign in
  2. The portal checks which partner modules your account can access
  3. You see cards only for those modules
  4. Tap a module card to open the operational surface for that business area

If your account has access to multiple modules, you can switch between them from the same portal.

Supported modules in the first release

The first portal release supports:

  • Restaurants
  • Shops
  • Hotels
  • Rentals
  • Services
  • Delivery Company

Each module keeps its own operational screens, but the portal provides the shared access shell, notification entry point, and account-level mobile experience.

What happens if you have no module access

If your account has no active module access, the portal does not show normal operating cards.

Instead, it shows a no-access experience and surfaces the onboarding app as the main next step. This helps when:

  • you are a new partner still joining the platform
  • your access has not yet been assigned
  • you need to extend your account into another marketplace

If you already have one or more active modules, onboarding may still appear as a lower-prominence option for expansion or follow-up.

Notifications and inbox

The portal supports:

  • push notifications on supported devices
  • an in-app notification inbox for missed or dismissed updates
  • notification routing into the relevant module where supported

This means a user can still recover important updates even if they miss the initial push alert.

Biometric unlock

On supported mobile devices, the portal can offer biometric unlock to restore access more quickly.

Important notes:

  • it is optional
  • it depends on device and platform support
  • it restores access faster, but still depends on a valid underlying session

If biometric restore is unavailable or fails, the portal falls back to the normal sign-in flow.

Delivery company and rider distinction

The delivery company module is included in the Partner Portal.

The rider app remains separate. Dispatch coordinators and back-office delivery-company staff use the delivery-company module, while field riders continue using the rider app.
