Partner Settings and Account

Everything in your partner Settings — profile, branding, payout account, notifications, fulfillment options, security, and account closure. This shared guide applies to all partner types; the fulfillment section notes what's specific to each.

Profile settings

In Settings → Profile, update:

Branding

Update your logo and cover image after going live using the same upload mechanism as onboarding. Use a square logo and a wide cover image; clear, real imagery performs best.


Payout account

In Settings → Payout account, update your bank account number or MoMo wallet number for settlements.

  • Verify the details carefully — a wrong account causes failed payouts
  • A change may require verification before the next payout runs
  • Only the owner can change the payout account (see Team and Staff Management)

Notification preferences

In Settings → Notifications, choose which events notify you and via which channel (push vs. email):

  • New order / booking
  • Order/booking status changes
  • Settlement / payout
  • Support case updates

Fulfillment settings (type-specific)

Changes apply to new orders/bookings only.


Password and security

  • Change your password in Settings → Security
  • Enable any available extra protection (e.g. 2FA)
  • If you believe your account is compromised, change your password and contact BookMaMe support immediately — and never share owner credentials

Closing or deactivating your account

To pause or close your partner account, request deactivation via support. The process confirms there are no in-progress orders/bookings or unsettled payouts, then deactivates your listing while preserving historical records. Contact BookMaMe support to start this.
