Partner Referral Programme

Version: v1.0
Last Updated: May 30, 2026

Earn rewards by recommending other businesses to join BookMaMe. This shared guide applies to all partner types.

What it is

The partner referral programme rewards you with referral credit when a business you recommend joins BookMaMe and starts trading. It mirrors the customer referral programme — credit, not direct cash.

Finding your referral code

Your referral code is in your partner app under Settings or Profile.

How to share it

Give your code to the business you're referring. They enter it on their onboarding form before submitting their application (the "referral code" field).

What you earn

Referral credit is added to your account once the referred partner goes live and their transactions reach the platform's qualifying threshold — a configured amount of real business activity, not the moment they sign up. Qualification is computed automatically; the credit appears when the threshold is met.

Credit, not cash

Referral rewards are platform credit — converted to a voucher or applied against your service charge. They are not paid out as direct cash. To redeem, see Partner Finance and Settlement.

Viewing your referral status

Check your referral list to see:

  • Pending — referred partner not yet live
  • Qualified — referred partner went live and produced qualifying activity
  • Credit earned — total reward accrued

Qualification rules

  • Credit only unlocks after the referred partner produces real business — signing up alone is not enough
  • Each business can be referred once

Fraud policy

Self-referrals or fabricated applications will be reversed, the associated credit removed, and the account may be suspended. Refer genuine businesses only.

Redeeming your credit

Your referral credit converts to a voucher / service-charge credit you can apply through your finance settings. See Partner Finance and Settlement.
