Your partner app's Reports section gives you the numbers to run your business. The reports available depend on your marketplace type — this shared guide covers all of them.

Where to find reports
Open the Reports section in your partner app. Most reports support date-range filters, CSV export, and can be shared with your finance team.

Restaurant and Shop

| Order volume | Orders by day/week/month, acceptance rate, cancellation rate |
| Revenue | Gross order value, service charge deducted, net revenue |
| Item / product performance | Top revenue items, out-of-stock frequency |
Hotel

| Revenue | Nightly revenue, deposits collected vs. released |

Filtering, exporting, and sharing
- Date range — narrow any report to a day, week, month, or custom window
- Export to CSV — download for spreadsheets or to hand to your accountant
- Share — pass the exported file to your finance team for reconciliation
