Hotel Partner — Getting Started

This guide walks you from your BookMaMe invitation to your property going live.


Overview of the process

Receive invitation email
→ Unlock the form with your PIN
→ Pay the submission fee (if applicable)
→ Fill in and submit the form
→ BookMaMe reviews your application
→ Receive approval notification
→ Pay the approval fee (if applicable)
→ Account is created
→ Log in and set up room types and rates

The submission fee is non-refundable — it is charged before you submit and is not returned even if the application is later declined.

Step 1 — Open your invitation

The onboarding team emails you a unique invitation link and a PIN (sent separately). Click the link and enter the PIN to unlock the form.


Step 2 — Pay the submission fee

If a submission fee applies, you'll see a payment card before the form unlocks. Pay by card or mobile money via Paystack; the form unlocks on return.

Step 3 — Fill the form

You can Save Draft and return later via your invitation link + PIN. When ready, tap Submit Application.


Step 4 — Review

The BookMaMe team verifies your documents, address, and star rating (typically within a few business days). You may be asked for additional information.


Step 5 — Approval and activation fee

On approval you receive an email with the approval fee amount and a payment link. Pay via Paystack; once paid (or if waived), your account is created.

Step 6 — First login and setup

After account creation you receive your app URL and login details. Then:

  1. Create room types with capacity, amenities, images, and inventory counts (Room Type and Inventory Management)
  2. Set rates and deposits (Rate and Pricing Management)
  3. Invite your team (Team Management)
  4. Confirm your property goes live
