Invite friends to BookMaMe and earn platform credit when they start ordering.
How it works
You share your personal referral code. When a friend joins using it and completes a qualifying action (such as their first order), you earn referral credit that you can spend on BookMaMe.
Getting your referral code
Find your code in the customer app under Profile or the Rewards section. It's unique to you.

Sharing it
- Copy your referral link
- Share it via WhatsApp, message, or social media
How your friend uses it
Your friend enters your referral code either when they register or at their first checkout.
What you earn
When your referred friend completes the qualifying action (e.g. their first order), credit is added to your referral balance. Where the programme also rewards the new customer, your friend receives their own joining benefit.
Viewing your credit balance
Check your referral credit balance in the Rewards section of the app.

Redeeming your credit
Your referral credit converts into a BookMaMe gift voucher, which you apply at checkout like any other voucher (see Payment Methods and Gift Vouchers).
Qualification rules
- Each customer can only be referred once
- Credit only unlocks after your referred friend produces qualifying activity — not immediately on sign-up
- Referral credit has an expiry date; redeem it before it expires
Fraud policy
Referrals found to be fraudulent — self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the programme — will be reversed, and the associated credit removed.
