Account Setup and Profile

Everything you need to create your BookMaMe account, set up your profile, and keep it secure.
Creating an account
- Open the BookMaMe app or website
- Tap Sign up
- Register with your email or phone number
- Enter the verification code sent to you (by SMS or email) to confirm it's really you
- Set a password
Your account works across the mobile app and the web with the same login.

Logging in
- Log in with your email or phone number and password
- If social login is available in your region, you can also sign in with a linked account
- The same credentials work on every device
Setting up your profile
In Profile, set:
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Display name | Shown to partners and riders on your orders |
| Phone number | Riders and partners use this to reach you about a delivery |
| Delivery address book | Your saved addresses for fast checkout |
Managing saved addresses
Your address book stores the places you order to — home, work, a friend's house.
- Go to Profile → Addresses
- Tap Add address
- Enter the address, drag the map pin to the exact entrance, and add delivery notes (e.g. "second gate, call on arrival")
- Save
At checkout you simply pick a saved address instead of typing it again. You can edit or delete any address, and set one as your default.

Account security
- Change your password: Profile → Security → Change password
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): if available, enable it under Profile → Security for an extra layer of protection at login
Recovering a forgotten password or locked account
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password
- Enter your email or phone number
- Follow the reset link or enter the code sent to you
- Set a new password
If your account is locked after several failed attempts, wait a few minutes and try the reset flow, or contact support from the Help section.
