Tracking Your Order or Booking

Follow your orders and bookings from confirmation to completion, confirm deliveries with your PIN, and find your receipts.


Where to find your active orders and bookings

Open the Orders section (for restaurant, shop, and second-hand purchases) or the Bookings section (for hotels, rentals, and services). Active items appear at the top; completed ones move to your history.


Restaurant and shop order tracking

Open an active order to see:

  • A live map with the rider's location once dispatched
  • The estimated time of arrival (ETA)
  • Status milestones: accepted → being prepared → ready → rider on the way → delivered

Delivery confirmation PIN

Every delivery has a PIN shown on your order screen. When the rider hands over your order:

  1. Give the rider your PIN (or enter it when prompted)
  2. The rider confirms it in their app to complete the delivery

The PIN proves the order reached the right person — only share it when you actually receive your items.

Customer pickup

For pickup orders:

  1. Wait for the "ready for pickup" status
  2. Go to the partner and give your name and order number
  3. If you're paying at pickup, pay at the counter
  4. Collect your order — the partner confirms the pickup

Hotel check-in tracking

Your hotel booking shows its status. When it reads ready for check-in, the hotel has your room prepared for your arrival date. Bring your booking reference and ID.


Rental delivery tracking

For delivery-mode rentals, tracking works exactly like an order: live map, ETA, and a delivery PIN on handover. For pickup-mode rentals, collect from the provider as arranged.


Services tracking

A services booking moves through accepted → in progress → completed. You can see the current status on the booking detail.


Order and booking history

Past orders and bookings stay in your history. Open any record to review what you ordered, what you paid, and the partner details.

Receipts and invoices

For any completed order or booking you can download a receipt PDF:

  1. Open the completed order or booking
  2. Tap Download Receipt

The receipt includes an itemised breakdown, the payment method, and the reference number — useful for expenses or records.
