Creating a service offering

  1. Go to Services
  2. Click Add service
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — what the service is (e.g. "Home Deep Cleaning", "Men's Haircut")
    • Description — what's included, what the customer should expect
    • Duration — how long the service takes (drives slot length)
    • Price — the service price
    • Category — which service category it belongs to
    • Location mode — at the customer's location, at your premises, or remote
  4. Save

Assigning professionals

A professional is the person who performs the service. Customers may choose a professional when booking.

  1. Go to Professionals
  2. Add a professional (name, profile, skills/photo)
  3. Assign the professional to the services they can perform
  4. Set their availability — see Schedule and Availability Management

Managing professional profiles and availability

Keep each professional's profile and skills current. Their bookable slots come from their schedule — a professional with no availability cannot receive bookings even if assigned to a service.


Service zones and transport fees

For services delivered at the customer's location:

  • Service Zones — define the areas you cover; customers outside a zone cannot book
  • Transportation Fees — set any travel fee added for serving a zone

Set these under Settings → Service Zones / Transportation Fees.


Editing and managing services

  • Edit a service anytime (name, description, duration, price)
  • Set visibility — toggle a service active / inactive; inactive services are hidden from customers but kept for your records
  • Archive a discontinued service to remove it from the active list while preserving history
  • Manage categories — keep services grouped under the right categories so customers can find them
