How your earnings work
Sale price
− Service charge (platform fee)
= Your net payout
The platform deducts a service charge from the sale price before paying you.
Free listings
For a listing priced at 0 (free), there are no earnings and no service charge — the platform simply facilitates the transfer of the item to the buyer.
When you are paid
Your payout is triggered after the buyer confirms delivery receipt — when the delivery PIN is confirmed or the order is marked delivered / completed. You are not paid at purchase time; payment is held until the buyer receives the item.
Earnings if an order is cancelled or returned
| Event | Effect on your payout |
|---|---|
| Cancelled before dispatch | No payout, no service charge — buyer refunded |
| Return initiated | Payout may be clawed back depending on timing — if you were already paid and the item comes back, the settlement is reversed |
| Failed delivery, item returned | No payout (item didn't reach the buyer) |
Viewing your earnings
Open the Earnings view to see settled and pending payouts. Filter by listing or date range.

Your payout account
Payouts go to the bank or MoMo account configured in your seller Settings. Keep it accurate — a wrong account causes failed payouts.
Raising a settlement query
If a payout is missing or incorrect:
- Open a support case
- Include the order reference and what you expected vs. what you see
- Attach a screenshot of the settlement line
