My Second-hand Orders

Required Access

  • Verified seller account
  • Seller-side ownership of the orders

The Orders section

My Second-hand Orders shows all purchases across all your listings in one list. Each row is a buyer's order against one of your items.

Order statuses

StatusWhat it means for you
confirmedBuyer has paid — your action needed: prepare and mark ready for dispatch
ready_for_dispatchYou've marked it ready; awaiting rider pickup
picked_upRider has collected the item
deliveredDelivered to the buyer
completedBuyer confirmed receipt — payout settles
cancelledOrder cancelled

Filtering and sorting

Filter or sort orders by:

  • Status (e.g. show only confirmed orders needing action)
  • Date
  • Listing

This helps when you're selling several items at once.


Order detail view

Open an order to see:

  • Buyer information (name, delivery details)
  • Listing snapshot — what was sold, at what price, captured at purchase time
  • Payment status
  • Delivery details — delivery vs. pickup, tracking

When a new order comes in

  1. You receive a notification
  2. The order appears as confirmed
  3. Act within the expected window: prepare the item and mark ready for dispatch (see Dispatch and Handoff)

Handling multiple concurrent orders

Use the status filter to focus on confirmed orders first (those need action), then track in-progress dispatches. Each order is independent — actioning one does not affect the others.


Order history

Completed, returned, and cancelled orders remain in your history. Open any to review what happened and the settlement outcome.
