Creating a listing

  1. Go to My Second-hand Listings
  2. Tap Create listing
  3. Fill in:
    • Title — accurate, not misleading
    • Description — what it is, specs, and the condition honestly stated
    • Category — choose the correct one
    • Condition — e.g. new, like-new, used, for parts
    • Price — your asking price, or mark it free
    • Images — at least one clear photo of the actual item (no stock photos, no contact details in the image)
  4. Save as draft or submit

Submitting for review

When the listing is ready, tap Submit for approval → status pending_approval. A moderator reviews it against the marketplace rules (accurate title, honest condition, allowed category, no prohibited items, no personal contact info).

Handling rejection / revision requests

If your listing is rejected, you receive structured feedback explaining which rule it failed. To fix it:

  1. Open the listing
  2. Address the specific feedback (e.g. add a real photo, correct the category)
  3. Re-submit

Ignoring the feedback and resubmitting unchanged will be rejected again.

Publishing and unpublishing

  • Once approved, the listing is active and live
  • You can unpublish (take it off the marketplace temporarily) and republish later

Marking as sold / given away

When an item sells through the platform it moves to sold automatically. If you part with it another way, mark it sold or given away so it leaves the marketplace.

Exceptions

SituationWhat to do
Listing with a completed order cannot be editedEditing is locked once an order is completed against it — create a new listing if needed
Repeated rejectionsRe-read the feedback carefully; contact support if you believe a rejection was wrong
